State of Talent 2026 — RA*W × SewInsights
The Dutch creative industry loves to celebrate young talent. But what is it actually like in those first few years on the job? Nobody had the data. We went and got it.

The challenge
RAW had a strong intuition — something was broken in how the creative industry treated its juniors. Burnout. Talent leaving. A feeling that something was wrong but no data to point at. They needed evidence that could move agency leadership to act.
